What one food is the worst (most unhealthy) to eat?
Answers:
Probably a donut-they are made of sugar, refined white flour, and fried in fat (often trans-fats)-absolutely no redeeming value. No nutrients, and it will mess with your blood sugar levels. The only vitamins a donut has are the vitamins added to the refined flour, but added vitamins are not as good for you as vitamins that naturally occur in food.
Foods like hamburgers and other fatty meats at least contain protein and B vitamins. French fries are awful for you, but they at least have vitamin C, B vitamins, and potassium. Foods like bacon and lard have nothing good for you, but at least they won't cause a swing in your blood sugar.

The Bloomin' Onion (Outback)/Awesome Blossom (Chili's) or similar. 2000+ calories without the sauce!!!!! Approx 140 grams of fat (tons of transfats, too!). MacDonalds, Burger King, the new sub from Subway, most of Quizno's menu, most Chinese food (General Tso or honey-garlic/sweet & sour chicken).
Deep-fried chocolate bars are popular in the North of England.

Potato chips. There is absolutely no nutritional value and if you eat a lot of them, they cause health problems from the fat, the carb load and the salt. Yummy though on occasion. :)
