shouldbeworking- i NEVER have white bread, so I would just be eating wheat twice Having more than one starch is ok -- here are the FDA guidelines to eating well: "Grain products, for instance, form the base of the U.S. Department of Agriculture and Department of Health and Human Services' Food Guide Pyramid, which recommends 6 to 11 daily servings of bread, cereal, rice, and pasta. Daily intakes advised for other foods are: 3 to 5 servings of vegetables; 2 to 4 servings of fruits; 2 to 3 servings of milk, yogurt and cheese; and 2 to 3 servings of meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, eggs, and nuts." So don't be afraid to eat that bread or pasta or rice! :) The information above was actually from an article discussing more people becoming vegetarians. The website is: http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fdaveget.h... Hope this helps! I am not a vegetarian, but I am currently dieting and this is what I am doing: I eat a bagel and cream cheese for breakfast. This holds me over until lunch. At lunch I eat a frozen dinner or something I've made from home -- Lean Cuisine and others (not necessarily meant for diets) have a variety of vegetarian dishes. In mid-afternoon, I eat fruit. It's better if you eat smaller portions throughout the day, anyway, to keep you from overeating at the main meals. I have a smaller dinner since I am not overly hungry from having the fruit in the afternoon to hold me over. Good luck! Source(s):
http://www.cfsan.fda.gov/~dms/fdaveget.h... Just have bread twice, you can use pita bread or whole wheat so they are healthy. Or have a wrap. Hmmm..How about a bowl of soup? i guess tofu and vegetables You could buy Boca burgers, it actually tastes pretty good for fake meat, and have those. Or you could make tofu stirfry (it's pretty easy to make if you find a good recipe). You could make a meatless wrap. You could put in lettuce, peppers, cheese, and whatever else you like. Try having biscuits, macaroni and cheese, Cheese Lasagna, Vegetable lasagna, Scampi, Alfredo noodles, Fish, Lobster mmm., Shrimp, crab, clams, Baked Beans, Pancakes, Potatoes, Rice, Soup, Veggie burger, fruit, pasta salad, potato salad, egg salad, tuna salad, grilled cheese, Cheese pizza, Veggie pizza, Corn chowder, Clam chowder, Spaghetti, Linguine, Raman noodles :) I know you don't eat white bread, but wheat bread or multi grain bread is good too, toast the bread, slap the mayo on and slice the cukes, my oh my is that good. You can add, cheese, tomato to add flavor. O Try using pita pockets or wraps as alternative to bread. Lot of your multi grain breads are heartier and fill you up, try those ;)

Unless you're against eating fish too. Other wise pasta dishes, rice and beans or potatoes are good food and fill ya up :) pasta salad?

why can't you eat bread twice? It's the biggest part of the food pyramid and has so much of what we need in it. PASTA!!! thats my poison keeps me filled for ages
im a vegetarian too . well sorry but my best suggestion is quit the vegetarian stuff, so you can fill up on meat. Chicken Strips & fries!! Well, maybe a stuffed baked potato.Make your baked potato and while it's cooling down a bit scoop some of the flesh into a bowl and add:
Greek baked potato:fresh spinach stirred into the hot potato flesh to wilt the greens, add Feta cheese, kalmata olives, chopped tomato and some roasted peppers.
Mexican stuffed potato:stir in cilantro, jalepenos, black olives, pepperjack cheese and crushed Doriotos.
Cobb baked potatoes:stir in Bacon bits(vegetarian always),blue cheese crumbles, chopped tomato, hard boiled egg, grated carrot, and avocado slices on top.Drizzle with vinagrette and enjoy. protein bar. yum!
