These are just a couple, but here. sliced up and dipped in caramel.

apple cobbler with that crunchy , buttery stuff on top.. MMMMM Peel, core, quarter, put in crock pot on low with a little margarine, some red hots, and some caramel squares. Apple Cider,and Apple Butter Apple enchiladas. Yummmy.

Ingredients:

1 (21 ounce) can apple pie filling
6 (8 inch) flour tortillas
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/3 cup margarine
1/2 cup white sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/2 cup water



Preparation:

Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

Spoon fruit evenly onto all tortillas, sprinkle with cinnamon.
Roll up tortillas and place seam side down on lightly greased
8x8 baking pan.

Bring margarine, sugars and water to a boil in a medium saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer, stirring constantly for 3 minutes.

Pour sauce evenly over tortillas; sprinkle with extra cinnamon
on top if desired. Bake in preheated oven for 20 minutes.

Makes 6 large tortillas; may be cut in half to serve 12. APPLES AND PEANUT BUTTER. GREEN APPLE SLICES AND TURKEY BREASTS WRAPPED AROUND IT. Baked apples. Core, leaving some of the bottom in place. Put in plenty of butter, brown sugar, cinnamon. Add nuts and/or raisins if you like. Place in a 350 oven until soft. Eat alone or w/ ice cream.

This can also be done on a campfire, just wrap each prepared apple in foil. caramel apple salad. Mmmm
