What should I do? I am tired?

I am at work and I wanna fall asleep. I am horribly tired but I slept 8 hours last night. I am bored and don't know what to do.

You should mess around on yahoo answers. It's a great way to kill some time and get your brain working. Sleep during your lunch break then wash your face walk a little get back inside get a cup of coffee Me too my boyfriend kept me up way too late last night. I only got 4 1/2 hrs of sleep, but hey the sex was great! Drink some coffee. Well you could check out new websites like allykatzz.com or google.com to search other websites. Or you could get a massage or rest. Sometimes you could chat with friends or read jokes on yahooligans.com Get up and take a brisk walk, preferably down stairs and up again. It will get your blood flowing and increase your metabolism and your endorphins. Then drink a glass of ice water. take a vacation! I am at work and Im on yahoo answers! hehe I have the same problem, these lights make me tired! Im on lots of tea and fresh water! and occasionally I slap myself. Fill a spray bottle with cold water and spray your face with it from time to time or make sure you go to bed between 9-10pm just because you get 8 hours of sleep don't mean that you are going to bed on time around 2am the body discharge an energy booster to help rejuvenate itself. Visit or call your doctor just to be on the safe side. Some medical conditions cause that -- also depression. Or it could just be the lazy days of summer again.
