can anyone help me and give me advise on how a 13 year old girl whos 5ft 5in can gain17 lbs, in a healthy way, with no need to buy bigger pants, can you make me a healthy exercise and menu plan?


Answers: If you gain 17 pounds - you will need bigger pants! I am assuming you are underweight, and the sizes change every ten pounds or so.
When you get to the FOL Club, [ Fat Old Lady ], the higher your size, the sizes change every 15 pounds or so. Source(s):
RN I doubt you will be in the same pants if you gain 17 pounds. Most people change sizes like ever ten or so pounds. Of course it all depends where you carry your weight.
