today i ate at mcdonals and was wondering if it was ok to eat without getting fat, this is what i ate
1 grilled chicken caesar salad with southwest dressing
how many grams of fat is too much per each meal
Answers: I don't know how many grams I didn't see your nutritious fact. I learned in health class you can eat anything healthy and make it unhealthy. Don't be fooled just bc you ate a salad does not mean it doesn't have a lot of fat in it. It also depends on the quantity you consume too of the chicken or dressing. Did you add cheese? Cheese is fattening. Caesar salad is usually more fattening. Remember any creamy dressing is more fattening bc it has saturated fat in there. If you want to eat a salad and go on a diet try any vinagarette dressing, or anything with vinegar. Vinegar helps you loose weight. Oh and don't add cheese or anything else. Your daily fat should be no less than 10% of your daily calories, usually 20-35%. Well u can if u eat McDonalds but dont eat there alot just once in a little while!!!!!!!!!! Dont know about fat grams but its healthy , its on the ok list for a healthy heart diet. NO but why did you go there in first place .....get a life ...eat healthy ..you know how to and do other things .....gees ... Sounds good to me. Although I dont like those dressings they hand out to you. You ate a salad. Try to keep things in perspective. It sounds like you may be a little weight obsessed or too conscious of your body image. If eating a salad makes you worry about calories, I think it's time to get some help with this.
