Yes I'm joking about the amount :-) Small quantities of dark chocolate, yes! :)

ps. (love your avatar) FAT FUK NO NO NO NOT EVERYNIGHT , Hun u'll kill urself that way Um, no. A bad side effect with chocolate is, it will give you bad constipation. all chocolate is good for you-don't let anyone tell you otherwise! probably not lol I've heard that too. I saw it in a magazine. I forget the actual weight, but it was like "X grams (about a hershey kiss)". /Much/ less than 200g. no not everynight. I would eat maybe 1 oz a day or 3 oz a week. Is this a joke? Your doctor is litteraly a moron. chocolate releases pleasure hormones like you get after having sex but thats it. At most a 60g bar three times a week. Although I dont really give a **** what you do but i mean health wise no. NO No:
"Here's news that's hard not to like. Eating a small, 1.6-ounce bar of dark chocolate every day is good for you. Very good for you, find Mary Engler, PhD, RN, of the University of California, San Francisco, and colleagues." Chocolate does work wonders! Dark chocolate has high cocco content which is rich in iron which is obviously good for your blood.

Obviously your heart pumps blood around your body beyond that I don't see a connection...

but no i don't think he was thinking 200g maybe about 40g something like that would be ok? That would be like being in heaven with that amount not every night! No everything in moderation.... not to excess...200g would give you a sugar rush =/

reason for dark chocolate.. doc probably meant the 70% content sort.. not the normal stuff.

yes its bitter tasting, but you get used to the taste and yes its healthier for ya.. Try a nice big slab of chocolate. well it's not just dark chocolate. you should read the content of cocoa in the bar. the more percentage of cocoa, the better the chocolate bar will be for you. It would appear that this is quite true. See below.

Researchers have some news for chocolate lovers: it may be good for you. Scientists reported preliminary evidence recently that cocoa and other chocolates may keep high blood pressure down, your blood flowing and your heart healthy.
The research, the latest which correlates eating flavonoid-rich foods with a reduced risk of cardiovascular disease(1), was presented in February at the American Association for the Advancement of Science's (AAAS) annual meeting in Boston.

One study found that a substance in cocoa helps the body process nitric oxide (NO), a compound critical for healthy blood flow and blood pressure. Another study showed that flavonols in cocoa prevent fat-like substances in the bloodstream from oxidizing and clogging the arteries, and make blood platelets less likely to stick together and cause clots. Flavonoids are plant compounds with potent antioxidant properties; so far, scientists have found more than 4,000 kinds. Cocoa beans contain large quantities of flavonoids, and so do red wine, tea, cranberries, peanuts, strawberries, apples and many other fruits and vegetables.(2) The flavonoids in chocolate are called flavonols.

Generally, science has found that dark chocolate is higher in flavonoids than milk chocolate.(3) The way that cocoa powder and chocolate syrups are manufactured removes most flavonoids. It's true that dark chocolate is better for you than milk chocolate because of the amount of sugar in dark chocolate is not very high. But try not to eat too much of dark chocolate, because it can lead to nasty results. But if you are to eat dark chocolate, just make sure that you eat in moderation. I think maybe 200g bar a night is a little too much. i guess its possible chocolate is pretty bad for you in most respects. I'd stay away from it. I read about it and it is only two or three small squares. You aren't trying for death by chocolate I hope.
I like it too. Tesco are selling Organic 100 gram bars at the moment for 86p-ridiculously cheap Who gives a bugger? The darker the better.Love it 70% if possible chocolate has been shown to have positive effects for your heart because it has been shown to lower the bad cholesterol (known as LDL). plus, it's pretty tasty too.

of course, moderation is the key. which is why i only have one nutrageous bar, one kit kat bar, one reeses pieces bag and two twix bars. i heard the FDA wants to award me for being super nutritious. Go for it, a 200g still has the healthy properties as a smaller one, but makes you happier at the same time!!!!
