Full fat , semi-skimmed or skimmed milk?!

Question:

Full fat , semi-skimmed or skimmed milk?

Answers: i'll take some alpro soya light . full fat is too rich, and fattening!
skimmed milk is ok,but not nice in tea or coffee

so semi skimmed does it for me Don't see the point in Skimmed Milk, It's like water with a splash of milk in it. I love full cream but due to me being on a constant diet I grab the green top - semi skimmed! silk very vanilla For a cup of tea, full fat is probably best a you only need a splash and because of it's richness, I dont really need any sugar in there...

For cornflakes has to be semi-skimmed as it compliments those golden flakes of corn perfectly...especially ice cold!!

Skimmed....is good for absolutely nothing LOL...it's just coloured water....nasty stuff!!

Here's a tip: make sure that you have a strong stomach before trying Gold Top!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... skim When I was a kid, I liked the full-fat stuff, or 2% if I couldn't get the richer stuff.

As a teenager, I liked 2% or 1%.

As a young adult, I liked skim (believe it or not) and anything fattier was too rich and thick and nasty.

Then I pretty much lost my taste and desire for cow's milk entirely and now I like organic vanilla soy milk... full cream is only 4% fat and tastes good, semi skimmed is 2% fat and is sort of mid range, skim is no fat and very watery. i go full fat but that's just my taste but go 2%
