Answers: Tyson sells prepackaged diced up cooked chicken meat, you'll find it in the refrigerated foods and also the frozen food section.
The best thing to do though is make your own. Buy the frozen bags of boneless/skinless chicken breast, let thaw a bit and dice up while it still is 1/2 frozen. Saute up in a skillet heated with a bit of olive oil and garlic, if you like garlic, add any seasonings you like. I keep a tightly sealed bowl full in the fridge all the time. at the grocery store. Both louis rich and perdue make them. They are in a box. Look near the deli items. anywhere. If you see this yellow stuff that is fat, but chicken breast should be low fat already. Purdue makes them. They even have seasoned ones like garlic herb and a few others. They can go bad/get dried up pretty quickly though. Trader's Joe have cooked chicken breast pieces. It's called "Just Chicken". In the freezer section of the store, you can find chicken for fajitas that is pre-cooked. It just needs to be heated. If you really want something low-fat and healthy, there is a Morning Star soy product that resembles chicken.(Also in the freezer section) It is very good. I have actually made fajitas out of it and served it to my family. They thought it was real chicken! They said it was the best they ever had. Morning Star also has a steak substitute.
I like the soy products because they provide a low fat, high quality protein.
