2 sausages
3 rashers Bacon
1 Fried Egg
2 Fried Tom's
1 Slice Fried Bread

Answers: About 1100
sausages 200 each
bacon 200 the lot
egg 100
toms 60
bread 100
Fat 250 - minimum whats a fried Tom?...are you a cannibal?? about 1500 lots about 1400 I don't deal in calories that's the only problem! Being an official Weight Watcher, I use points. 24 points a day is the average for a slim woman who is maintaining her weight so that would be the equivalent of about 2000Kcals I think.
So Sausages are 2 1/2 points each, bacon 1point each, egg 1 1/2 points, toms nothing, bread 1 1/2points for a medium thick slice, but the fat you did it all in probably 10 or possibly more. So if you were weight watching you racked up 11 points just for the food before you cooked it. Frying it probably used up another good 10 points.
So all in all 21 points!
Excellent, so salad for you for the rest of the day, and a can of soup for tea!
C x a lot but it tases damb good so who cares?????!!!!!! Hush your mouth. Dont ask such terrible questions. Asking things like this could ruin lives! Just dont eat it every day. You missed of baked beans and mushrooms. You have made me hungry now.
PS if you grill the meat there will be less calories. ALOT! lol dunno, but if you grill the bacon, bacon and tomatoes, scramble the eggs and have toast instead of fried bread its a lot better for you.
