granola:
http://www.cheapcooking.com/recipes/gran... Hotdogs, hamburgers, mini-microwavable pizzas, cheese and crackers, sausages... cheese and beef jerkey I always pack tons of healthy "snacky" foods like fruit, cheese crackers, slim-jims, nuts. carry wholegrain biscuits, chips,,water, instant noodles, heat and eat foods.they can be heated in a microwave.
as for breakfast you can eat sandwiches one day, abowl of fresh fruits and a glass of milk the other day,and see what else the hotel menu offers.dont order too many things and end up wasting.try food vendors, fresh & hot baked foods.and be wary when eating street foods.try indian cuisine when in san francisco. Make a stew, a family savoury meat pie and rice dish for main meals.
Breakfasts. Take a packet of cereal with you and some tinned fruits, or a couple of those 8 packs of assorted cereals. You can get bread and eggs there. Scrambled eggs on toast if the unit has a cooker.
Scones, Sausage rolls, muffins and cookies all make good snacks.
