Answers: I have eaten oysters, clams, calamari, buffalo, elk, venison, ostrich, emu, turtle, goose, duck, rattlesnake, alligator, crickets and scorpion as well as spiders. 20 years as a working chef Liver and kidneys,sweet breads,thats testicles to you,all meats. Lamb and duck and fish and shark and deer. i never ate any of them besides the duck and fish Er... yes! I've had turkey! Ostrich is pretty good, I have eaten snake, of course lots of seafood's, deer, bear (yuk!) moose is quite tasty, caribou is not so tasty but it is okay, rabbit is good.

actually they are all very tasty, except the deer meat has a foul taste sometimes if not cooked properly. Lamb and Goat can be quite tasty. lamb, duck,goose, pheasent, turkey, veal, alligator, ox, rabbit, i cant think of any more at the moment but im sure i have. O horse meat when i was in belgium i didnt know what it was till after i had eaten it! I've had alligator, buffalo, rattlesnake, ostrich, goose, duck, venison, elk, lamb & mutton, goat, frog, snail, kangaroo (really) and, of course, fish. yeah................... fish shark meat. It wasnt bad but not something i'll eat all the time. Buffalo, Venison(Deer),Ostrich,Goat, Lamb, Mutton(adult sheep), Quail, Duck. Venison (deer), elk, buffalo, duck, goose... each is good in its own way, prepared properly. Lamb and Duck is absolutely delicious. Oh yeah, and fish. All types of fish, different cooking methods. Yum!

:] How about lamb? It seems that most people really like it or they can't stand it. I love it. Buffalo is also quite good. As gross as it may sound I ate Ostrich....Ostrich neck to be exact and it was as good as chicken but only better. I was hungry and I was in the bush and I never would think I would eat a thing, but I did and it was the best. Broke my heart to know an ostrich died, but damn it wasn't in vain. omgosh..yess...lots..duck,phea... (but i was young & people lied to me about what it was & i still thought it was disgusting!!)...deer isn't bad if cooked properly...i think that's all in your category. Yes. Elk, deer (venison), pronghorn antelope, Canadian goose, turkey - wild, duck - wild, lots of other types of domestic poultry, lamb, goat, rabbit.
