Answers: well i used to do that and my dad told me that u can still eat but there's a stopping point so i eat or try to eat every 3 hours and don't fill your self up with junk food like for lunch eat a turkey,chicken,or ham sandwich with fruit or yogurt and a drink and that will be your lunch
PS. and don't starve yourself get your blood sugar checked... You should try eating smaller portions maybe if you put less food in your plate you wont eat EVERYTHiNG. Also if you still want to eat a lot then eat more fruits and salads and other healthy foods. who doesn't eat to much? you just have to watch your intake ,especially if your gaining weight. it depends on your age and if your comfortable with yourself. you just have to concentrate more on whats going in your mouth. eating a lot is not a defect.continue eating but do a lot of physical exercises.do a master check up every month.avoid eating a lot of oil foods.
one reason for getting too hungry is that you might be suffering frm piles.consult a doctor.im a doctor too. Since your doing what I call - grazing, stock up on the food that is good for you and eat just that. Fruits, veggies and prepare as much as possible from scratch. That is so you will know
you have to make it before you can eat it. Portion the food - say you fix a whole chicken,
Freeze say 6 pieces and let yourself have 2. Eventually you will realize that you have to "fix"
things in order to eat them. Also use smaller plates as this makes your portion look bigger.
Hope this helps - It did for me. Drink a glass of water before you eat. Serve yourself half of what you would normally serve yourself. For this you must use your self control and be alert in the moment. Eat your food concentrating on every mouthful, every chew. Once you complete the portion, sit back for 5 mins and let the food settle. Pick up a book or video game or puzzle book, anything to distract you from eating. Once 5-10 mins has passed assess if you are still hungry. If you are still hungry drink another large glass of water and serve yourself a quarter of your regular portion. Go through the same process as before.
A lot of people don't realize it but there are times when we substitute hunger for dehydration. This is why you should start your meal with a glass of water and not a shot glass or such a good sized glass that you would normally use for sodas juice sports drinks etc.
Your eating habits seem to be based upon behaviour. So the thing that you must try to focus on is living in the moment that you are eating. It really sounds like eating is an autopilot function for you at this point. I wish you the best of luck :) Do you eat bad stuff? The more I eat of that the more my body wants it. Try eating healthier stuff. that is how people have weight problems. Think about the people who cannot even afford to have one or two meals a day. have some compassion for others. Do not just sit and watch TV.
Get into action oriented activities, go out and enjoy life, you wouldn't have time to sit around and eat all day. Volunteer your time to some non-profitable organizations. Teach some younger kids on a free tuttion basis.
Eat smaller portions and low calorie foods - reduce intake of sugar and inherently sweeter products.
Exercise a greater self control and restarint. Go far a walk and feed the birds in a park instead. Iddlly, vaada, sambor.... a great way to live. IF YOUR BODY BALANCES IT IT IS ALL RIGHT

U WILL EAT ONLY WHEN THERE IS SOMEONE TO STARE AT U AND REMIND U OF.... but you have not mentioned if you have symptoms of that hurting your constitution...... no...if u eat homefood then its OK . if junk food from outside at markets then avoid it. go for sugar check .
just avoid the intake of food items which r rich in Calories like potatoes ; milk fat ; sugar etc....otherwise its just ok . Eat anything u want bt plz avoid the huge intake of higher calories food items and preservative items like sauces.
If u just eat cereals and vegetable ; fruit in ur diet then simply go ahead...no harm to ur health .
Actually all these matters according to age....u can eat dietry prdcts rich in protein ; vitamins ' calcium ;iron and minerals...five basic dietry support . if u r at the stage of teenage or u ve just come under adulthood or u r working person then eating habbit is just normal but limitation basically come under when u start taking homemade food instead of junk food .
Drink more and more water to avoid large eating . Simple :-) Start to make a list on what you want to eat and not to eat,start buying food that have only a little bit of fat and calories but with a lot of taste,that way you won't gain weight. If there is a lot of food in your house with a lot of fat,then make a party and invite all your friends so you can get rid of it but you won't have to eat because all you friends will do it for you.That way once they are all gone you will have to room to put all your good food in.
