I would also eat some fish As long as you keep getting your protein you'll be fine. You will just be eliminating the fattier protein from your diet. Make sure you eat a well balanced diet all the way around. yes. You don't need any meat actually. If you are eating chicken, fish, and turkey, you're getting plenty of protein and won't even miss the beef and pork. i'm sure that is completely fine. i don't eat ANY meat, including fish, and i'm healthy. the protien that you would be losing if you were a vegetarian isn't an issue b/c you're still eating meat. Beef and pork are actually the more healthy meats, so I'd say no. Yes, you can be healthy by not eating beef & pork. Eating fish & fowl are great substitutes. :) Definitely; we humans have absolutely no need for meat. Other protein sources are healthier, as they do not have animal protein, which is an extremely high factor in causing cancer. yes, You need your protein. You can live on fish if you like. Which is the highest protein there is. Yes sounds like a very good idea. Actually chicken turkey and fish are much healthier. Best of luck to you. Yes as long as u continue to get your usual intake of protein.
