yummy!!! While I have tried all of them I have always had a soft part in my heart for Blanc-mange, my gran from Liverpool made it for use when we little kippers.

I have tried the package ones from the UK and Angel Delight, we get them all here in Canada, but nothing beats a homemade blanc-mange, with a dollop of raspberry jam on top still warm and the skin just forming nicely.

Jello puddings and Jello gelatin are fine, but more the younger crowds thing, both of the others are more an adult type dessert.
