What are the downsides of eating vegetables?
I need a list of pros/cons, mostly cons, of eating vegetables. Thanks.
Answers: none really, except that vegetables don't have have much zinc or iron which is needed to grow muscle. Having said that there are alternatives like chick peas, lentils and spinach which are just as good as a piece of meat.

They are very good for you, help you grow, are good nutrients for your body and help you in a lot of ways. Only con I can think of is there are very limited choices when eating in public places. Gas
