Any good snack foods for traveling and just afterrnoon snacks?

~ apple slices with low fat cheese
~ celery sticks with peanut butter
~ carrot chips dipped in light ranch dressing
~ apple chips
~ whole grain cereal such as chex, cherrios, kix, and total
~ trail mix (peanut, almonds, m&m's, raisins, cranberries)
~ low fat mozzarella string cheese
~ quake rice cakes ( many flavors to choose from!)
~ Nabisco 100 calorie packs (so much variety)
~ honey maid graham crackers
~ baked chips (ruffles, lays, cheetos, doritos)
~ strawberries with low fat / light whipped cream
~ low fat yogurt -choose the Dannon Light & Fit brand(vanilla, strawberry, peach)
~ half a sandwich on wonder LIGHT bread (it is very important that if you choose to have half a sandwich as a snack that you choose wonder LIGHT bread because it only has 40 calories per slice but regular wonder bread has a lot more!!!) Source(s):
