How long will hard boiled eggs stay fresh?
I like to keep hard boiled eggs in the refrig. to put in salads,or just to eat...but wonder how long will they stay fresh in the refrig?
Answers: Hard boiled eggs will keep for up to 2 months if refrigerated properly. Or you could preserve them in vinegar and they can keep for up to a year. always... boil them when they're fresh, don't peel them until you are ready to eat them. they should stay fresh for about a month (they will get harder to peel as they get older though).
