·How many meals do you usually eat every day?


Answers: Breakfast, lunch and dinner are the main 3. But I'm told it is better to eat 2 additional small fruit snacks between breakfast and lunch and lunch and dinner. 2 one in the evening and i snack during the day 3.
Snacks include fruit and nuts. 2 i was going to ask this earlier x

i miss breakfast, usually skip my dinner but have my tea and a snack at night. my diet is terrible! going to have some toast soon. 6 small meals about two to three hours apart. I'm on a diet :) Far too many!
I need to go on a diet. 3 meals - breakfast, lunch and dinner. And I don't snack much. And I have always been normal, healthy weight. I usually eat 3 - 4 smaller meals a day.

If you're trying to lose weight, eat smaller portions (but a few more times than the traditional 3 meals) so that you're never too hungry...to avoid binge eating :) you should eat 6 small meals a day
if you starve yourself till dinner or skip breakie youll get fat usually one!! it starts at seven in the morning and finishes at about eleven at night. About 2 meals a day. Breakfast & dinner. When I get home from school I usually eat an apple or a banana with a small smoothie and a fish oil pill just to tie me over till dinner. I eat about 2 meals a day. I usually skip breakfast and if I eat breakfast I skip lunch. But I snack throughout the day. The snacks usually consist of fruits. Three meals...I can't go through the day without breakfast... With that the wretched child expires" im with crime lab, lol, but im happy to say that ive been on dr.atkins for 12 days today and i have lost 11lbs, (i dont get to brag often) but im so excited! only 9 lbs to go:) so id have to say i eat only when im hungry and make sure i eat when im hungry not a lot of course but im learning to try to listen to my body slow down chew and watch those bad carbs, so far so good will see,,,,, Most of the time 2, breakfast and dinner

Sometimes i have lunch!!
