Jammin EMmm - i liked the rainbow background, i mean if thats ok with you? ****** **** Yes.I just bought some wonderful peaches and nectarines.I am growing watermelon, but it's still at the baby stage;) Pretty much, yeppers no i eat salads every day your name is dark girl
but you have a rainbow as your background in your avatar...
strange ya practically everyone i know does yes yes No, not every day...maybe four times a week. yea mostly stuf like grapes pinapple, cantlope, and strawberries um..idk probably most days! i love fruit! I never eat fruit, because I don't like it, but I drink fruit juice yes yup, it keeps me regular :) Botanically speaking, absolutely.

Grains are fruit. Tomatoes are fruit. Peppers are fruit.

Is that what you meant? I eat 1 piece of fruit a day but that is about it about 6 out of 7 days of the week. so yep yep. i mostly eat grapes and peaches. yes ,everyone should to keep healthy and lively nope.. your supposed to though..

5 a day... yes, but not the five portions that we should be taking. Naughty me, lol. Yep try to. I try to eat all the fruit group reccomendations but its hard. I now use a natural juice supplement with the ACAI Berry as part of the blend and Im right in line with the governments RDA for fruits and veggies now. I start with orange juice in the AM along with cut-up fresh fruit(berries, melon, papaya)
A fresh peach or nectarine during the day, and sometimes berries w/ice cream after dinner Absolutely! I try to eat fresh- apple slices, oranges, banana, melons, grapes. But when I'm pressed for time, it's easy to substitute the fruit cups that are always at home for the school lunchboxes - or applesauce cups. No . a peach or a banana now and again. I try to.. Yes i do no yes, even if i dont feel for it. None today.
