DO you folks eat and enjoy chitterlings?

boiled and fried


Answers:

One of my friend's wife cooked us a soul food dinner once last year. We ate chitterlings, pigs feet, collard and mustard greens, baked beans, cornbread, etc...

I didn't know what everything was at the start of dinner, but it was all good. I wouldn't call chitterlings my favorite dish, but to me they are good enough to eat again as part of a meal. They were fried.
