Breakfast::
A onion/poppysead bagle with a philadelphia light cream cheese [like those little one-use packs]
A half of a small red apple
A half of a slice of lemon cake
Lunch:
Some green salad with vinegar dressing
2 small pieces of fried fish
Some rice
1 Piece of Chicken
Dinner:
1 Piece of wheat bread
About 300-400 calories of tuna salad
About a handful of Baked Sour Cream&Onion Chips
Snacks:
15 Big M&Ms
A handful of grapes
Is this too much for somebody trying to keep their weight?
Or even hold it at about the same weight?

I think your diet sounds very balanced. You are having a bit of everything from the major food groups plus a few treats but I would suggest you have a small tub of natural yoghurt to up your calcium levels (important for women). If you combine what you are eating with a brisk 20-30 minute walk every day you will maintain your weight with no problem. Pity more people in western society ate like you did and we wouldn't have a massive problem with obesity.
