Does the sour taste increase or decrease when the food is hot?


Answers:

I personally think the sour taste gets worse the warmer the food is.

Like limes? As long as they're super-cold, almost to the point of being frozen, they're fine. As soon as they start getting warm, they're so sour/bitter it's disgusting.
