The lable didn't say how much the milk was condinced (it was some off name brand I bought a couple months ago) I tried the 60 % thing and I added 16 oz to start with (yeah I know that's not exactly 60%). That worked out just right. Thanks to everyone who gave a serious answer.

When making Condensed milk, whole milk has been thickened by eliminating approximately 60 percent of the water content, producing a concentrated flavor that is prefered when used as a cooking ingredient.

So, you would have to put that amount back in.
