Jalapeno peppers?

I have some jalapeno peppers that I bought a week or so ago, and some of them have turned red. Will that affect the heat or flavor of the pepper?


Answers:

No The Red Pigment Of The Pepper Does Not Mean It Is Losing Heat (Luckily), It Just Mean That The Pepper Is Maturing They Start Off As A Dark Green Colour And Mature Too A Red
