cause I'm worried about eating a sandwhich that has em on there.

Yes it can , even if you take a bite BUT since its not the actual drug, DO NOT eat poppy seeds any sort muffin, bread, or bagel 36 hours prior to your test. The actaul drug stays in your system for days but since this is just food it is gone in about 12-24 hours. i say 36 to be safe. My friends dad is a cop and he told us this when both of us got in trouble at school for being drunk and got a piss test. jeeZ high school and college are the best year!!
