What would be the benefits / consequences of having cereal for breakfast and only fruit for other meals?


Answers:

There is no benefit to this sort of diet long-term. You would be seriously lacking in protein, starch and some minerals and vitamins, even though you would be full of fibre from all that fruit and cereal!!
