How long do you have to wait between "servings"?

Ok, the serving size for an Arizona Iced Tea can says there are three servings in the can. How long do you have to wait between finishing 1/3 of the can before you can start your next serving?


Answers:

well if your are looking at it as a dietary supplement you should wait as though you would be having your next meal.
