I am hosting a Pie Baking Contest at my work and I need to make score cards, besides crust and filling, what makes a pie great? What else should be included on the score card?

Overall appearance: 30 points
Crust (flavor, texture, and aroma): 30 points
Filling (flavor and consistency): 30 points
Ease in preparation/clarity of recipe: 10 points
