What is a healthy breakfast consist of?
I have just graduated and am moving out in a month and am not quite sure what I should be eating in a day to stay healthy. I am an active tae kwon do-er girl with some screwy eating habits (I eat all food, be it an apple, cookie or slice of cheese with a fork and knife and take a long time to eat.) What is a healthy breakfast to start the day with?

whole grain / whole meal toast
porridge with a hand full of mixed fruit and nuts
some fruit or a fruit salad
a low sugar low fat cereal with skimmed milk , yoghurt , fruit compot, or framaige frai
