Is chicken liver good for losing weight?
I tried some chicken liver a little while ago and it was so good! I'm on a diet so I wanted to know.

Way to much cholesterol based on a serving is about 3-4 cooked livers and fat content is pretty high as well based on total volume of serving
Not to mention this info is based on chicken liver alone( as if were boiled in plain water) ,not adding values for preparation method, butter, oil salt, breading, mayo ect ect however you prepare it
It is a good once in a while thing and packed w/ iron but not to be incorperated on a routine basis
