I suffer from dry eyes what should i eat and drink???!


Question:

I suffer from dry eyes what should i eat and drink???

Ive sufferd for years and am currently using celuvisc 0.5%. Every now and then my eyes get real saw i have check ups regularly at the hospital but i never asked them what i should eat or drink. Was just wondering if there are any sertain foods or drinks i could eat/drink to help with my problem.????
PS: im only 17

FISH & GRASS-FED MEATS because they contain a lot of fatty-acids! *THE GOOD ONES!*
