Can it use for cake, cookies or what else i can use it than just hot chocolate??

CHOCOLATE POUND CAKE

1 c. butter, softened
1/2 c. butter
5 lg. eggs

3 c. sugar
3 c. all purpose flour

1/2 tsp. salt
1 tsp. baking powder
1/2 c. powered cocoa
1 c. milk
2 tsp. vanilla

Cream butter, butter for 3 minutes at medium speed. Add 1 egg and gradually add sugar. Beat 4 to 5 minutes and then, add 4 eggs, one at a time. Beat well on high speed. Sift dry ingredients together. Add flour (1 1/4 c.) alternating with milk on low speed until all is added. Add vanilla and beat well. Pour into greased floured tube pan. Place pan of warm water on top shelf and cake on lowest shelf. Remove water after one hour. Bake at 325 degrees for 1 hour and 20 minutes. Cool on rack for 15 minutes.

CHOCOLATE PEANUT BROWNIE CUPS

1/2 c. flour
3 tbsp. cocoa
6 tbsp. peanut butter
1 lg. egg
1 c. mini marshmallows
1/2 c. sugar
1/4 tsp. baking soda
2 tbsp. milk
1/2 c. chocolate chips

In a bowl combine flour, sugar, cocoa, and soda. Stir in peanut butter, milk, and egg, mixing until well blended. Stir in chocolate bits and marshmallows.
Divide mixture evenly among 6 non-metal custard cups (3/4 cup size). Evenly space cups in a circle in microwave oven. Cook desserts, uncovered, at full power for 1 1/2 minutes. Rotate cups and continue cooking on full power for 1 1/2 minutes more. Let desserts stand in oven for 3 minutes. Finish cooking. Serve hot or warm. Serves 6.

CHOCOLATE PUDDING CAKE

2 tbsp. butter
1 c. all purpose flour
3/4 c. sugar
2 tbsp. cocoa
2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2 c. milk
1 tsp. vanilla
1/2 c. chopped nuts
3/4 c. light brown sugar
1/4 c. cocoa
1 1/4 c. water
Whipped cream or ice cream

Place butter in 1 cup glass measure. Cook on Hi (max. power) 45 seconds or until melted. In mixing bowl, sift flour, sugar, cocoa, baking powder and salt. Stir in milk, melted butter, vanilla and nuts. Pour into 8" round micro proof baking dish. In 4 cup glass measure, mix brown sugar, cocoa and water. Pour over batter. Do not stir. Cover with paper towel. Cook on Hi (max. power) 9 to 11 minutes. Remove from oven and let stand 10 minutes. Top with whipped cream or ice cream and serve. 9 servings. Total Cooking Time: 9 3/4 to 11 3/4 minutes.
A family favorite, great with company.
