HE is trying to get good with the neighborhood and also is trying to get rid of all the excess stuff he has. ANd he knows that if he sells it real cheap he will clean out a lot of room for other stuff at his house. ANd the fried fish is just something extra like maybe he has lots of fish in his freezer he needs to get rid of. So get a plate and enjoy and buy some of his salt and pepper shakers from him.
