Accidently made very spicy Beef stew. What do I need to do to make it less spicy?
It is based on the Czechoslovakian type gulash.

This is the easiest way I know,Peel a couple of baking potatoes and leave them whole then when you reheat your soup place them in it ,take them out when you are done heating it and taste your soup you may have to add some seasoning.
