Eating Health question?!

Question:

Eating Health question?

My question is: While your eating something lets say a sandwich, and after a few bites, you drink water. Then you finish the whole sandwich again and drink the water again. Will this cause any problems? Or is it better to finish eating then drink.

Answers:

Its actually best if you dont drink anything immediately with your meals, as it tends to dilute the stomach acid that helps you digest what you are eating. However, most people are accustomed to having a drink with their meal, as opposed to 30 minutes after, which is best. There is no harm either way, as the stomach will eventually produce enough acid and enzymes to digest it. Just follow your own personal choice, and drink as you feel the need. No harm, no foul.
