Cooking a stuffed salmon pin-wheel ?!

Question:

Cooking a stuffed salmon pin-wheel ?

I have a nice salmon filet, stuffed with spinach, shrimp and cheese. Sometimes called a pinwheel ?
it weighs 0.394 kg (or 0.88 of a pound)
I'll be wrapping it in aluminum foil, and cooking it in the oven.
How long shall I leave it for ?
(I asked the guy at the grocery store, and he said 'until it look ready' so duh, I don't know how long that could be... 20-30 minutes ?)
I'm pregnant - don't want to take the risk of eating something undercooked.
Thank you !

Answers:

I would bake it in a preheated oven at 180C for 30 minutes. Salmon is such a moist/oily fish anyway, and wrapped tightly in foil should not dry out, especially with cheese and spinach so I wouldn't be worried at all about overcooking it. Like you said, undercooking is a risk, in your current condition! *And please don't leave it to sit out at room temp; that is when bacteria can grow rampantly, and we Don't want you getting sick.

Yum- it sounds good!
