How long is steak good for not frozen?!

How long is steak good for not frozen?

I bought some fresh steaks on Thursday, and have been marinadeing them.....we just have not got a chance to eat them...is today to late?


Answers:

They are most likely completely fine. Marination preserves meat longer than if you just had it in the fridge. If they were nice and fresh when you got them...no worries.
