While boling milk...if it gets even slightly burnt, it acquires a distinct odour. How to get rid of it.?

I tried putting vanilla flavour in ti still nogo. i had planned to prepare sweet dish with it...now is there any ways i can use this milk to prepare sweet dish and still get rid of the strong odour????


Answers:

No, you'll need to start over again. You don't want to "boil" milk to a rolling boil, or it WILL burn. You should only heat it up until you just barely start to see any bubbling at all and then immediately turn down the heat. If you see bubbling, it's burning.
