What foods should i be eating?

I caught a cold about 3 days ago, and tomorrow I am heading out for a volley ball camp that I am signed up for. I was wondering what foods I should eat I mean obviously fruits, but any other suggestions? Serious answers only please!

go get yourself some airborne to boot up your immune system, have some protein like egg whites, and fruits and veggies... immune boosters are: avocados watermelons asparagus, winter squash, grapefruit, okra, organges, tomatoes, potatoes, cauliflower, brocoli, cantalouope, strawberries, and peaches, cranberry, ginger, garlic, , spicy food, tea (especially yerba mate if you can find it...) steer clear of milk based foods, and maybe mushrooms. Instead of milk, opt for rice milk, soy milk, or almond milk (pacific and blue diamond both make it, distributed at super markets) take your multi vitamin, please. Make sure you eat enough, and raw fruit will definitely help! good luck at camp!
