Who is your favorite chef on Hell's Kitchen?

Who is your favorite and why? As for me, I am really cheering on Julia. She may not have all the schooling, but the woman has a lot of raw tallent.

I would not want to work with a chef who yells and degrades. Working in a kitchen is stressful enough. I once had to nicely ask a manager not to yell at me in a kitchen because it breaks my concentration and causes me to make mistakes. He was cool and stopped, but just with me.

I think Julia has the leadership skills, it is just the others did not respect her at first. Today's show she did keep the kitchen going by saying..."Come on, let's get this done.." I don't know why people think Rock is such a good leader. I have yet to see him lead. So far, he has just sat back and watched the others fail. How is that being a leader?

I like Julie, too. She has the capability and the desire but just lacks in specific knowledge; which can be learned. I think Rock is more what Ramsey's looking for. I spent ten years as a chef myself before my car accident and it amazes me that these people even qualify to be on the show much less hold jobs as executive chefs and such! Think on it from the owner's point of view... which chef would YOU want to run your resort? I have worked for and with chefs like Ramsey; if you do your job there's not a problem...
