Gillian's 'you are what you eat' snacks?!

Gillian's 'you are what you eat' snacks?

today i bought a packet of her seeds and pine nuts to try and they contained 19g of fat and 2g of saturated fat!!! how can these be healthy snacks?? i know there are so called 'good fats' but what does this mean?


Answers:

good fats contain essential fatty acids-omega 3 and 6,these are very good for health.
