I am looking to buy an espresso/cappuccino maker.?

I am buying my little brother who drinks coffee like camels drink water an espresso/cappuccino maker, I don't want to spend more than $100...actually $50 would be better (it doesn't have to be really fancy). Does anyone have any experience with a good but inexpensive cappuccino/espresso maker?

I bought this one for my hubby and he loves it! You do have to use Italian coffee. We like Kimbo. However, I know I did not pay $89 for it. I think I paid like $40.
