Can some one give me some food examples for these food groups so i hvae an idea on what to eat...?
* Grains- 5 ounces
*Veg's- 2 cups
*Fruits- 1.5 cups
*Milk- 3 cups
*Meat- 5 ounces
i was online at www.mypyramid.com and they say this is what i have to eat every day to lose weight, including exercise. and i just dont really have many ideas on various foods i can eat in that type of you know range or whatever. but thanks a bunch!

grains would be breads or pastas.... whole wheat bread or whole grain... also, whole wheat pasta or multigrain pasta
any veggies
any fruit
milk is any dairy... cheese, yogurt, cottage cheese, cream cheese
meat... includes poultry and fish
