For jame_football they are all Mexican dishes. My favourite out of those would have to be enchilada's but i cook them myself at home... Sometimes I use chicken and sometimes beef or pork. Lamb is also nice. My kids love them too, especially if it is extra spicy and cheesy. If I am really lazy I will get an Old El Paso enchilada kit from Coles. It has everything in it except for the meat and cheese. It has the sauce and the recipe for assembly and the tortillas.
