Mailing Jack in the Box?

My best friend is in Afhganistan and he called me yesterday and was telling me how he was missing the food,so i was joking around and said i would vaccum pack/ and flash freeze him some Jack..
- So i was wondering if that is even possible or allowed by the Army..

It would probably be okay, if you specified what it was. They would probably also inspect it first. But I think it would be okay.
