Someone in my office is taking the coffee grounds. Why would someone do this?

If they are taking the used coffee grounds it is because they use them for their plants. They sprinkle them over their home plants because they have a lot of nutrients. Starbucks gives away coffee grounds in big silver bags that you can take without even asking :o)
