they say the serving is 1/4 cup dry do after they are cooked what the 1/4 cup measurment become

Answers:

Dry beans will approximately double when soaked and cooked so a serving would be about 1/2 cup of just the beans. Don't forget to account for other things you add to the beans, if any.
