What can I make this soy pasta with????

I just bought some wierd soy elbow pasta and it tastes like cardboard! what can I make with it? I need some recipies! HELP!!!!! I bought 12 packs cuz' it was on clearance!!!! lol.

make it in macaroni and cheese, Alfredo pasta, spaghetti etc.
