Can you substitute grape juice w/ water for vegetable oil?!


Question:

Can you substitute grape juice w/ water for vegetable oil?

I didn't have any apple juice so I used grape juice, is this ok? The brownies are baking in the oven right now.

I also forgot to grease the pan. Will this affect the brownies?


Answers:

grape juice would be all right but your cookies may burn if the pan is not greased so keep an eye on them and cook at a lower temperate.
